A bit about me
Lorna is a Chartered Member of IOSH and a Registered Safety Consultant with OSHCR. She is also a EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor, a Certified Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0) and a Certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer.
Lorna has over 17 years experience in the construction and energy industry, leading on health, safety and wellbeing.
In addition to this, Lorna is an Executive Committee Member for IOSH - West of Scotland Branch.
Lorna is passionate about improving the lives of people and ensuring that everyone who goes to work, returns home safe, well and healthy. Using her coaching style to improve the performance of organisations and individuals, she works to build positive safety cultures, change behaviours and build robust legal frameworks to ensure the right level of protection is in place for all.
When not working on her businesses you will find Lorna exploring the world either in her campervan or on foot. Lorna is a keen traveller, hiker and runner and spends her free time enjoying an adventurous life.
